ACCESS
The Library is open and supervised before, after school and during lunch at the following times:
8.30-8.55am (Monday-Thursday)
3.30-4.20pm (Monday-Thursday)
12.20-12.50pm (Tuesday & Thursday)
1.10-1.40pm (Monday & Wednesday)
Students may use this time for quiet reading, individual study, to complete assignments, to use computers or to change their library books.
GENERAL INFORMATION
There are over 10,000 books in the school library to help students with their studies and for leisure reading.
The following newspapers are available for consultation:
Irish News, Irish Times, London Times
The Armagh Observer, Ulster Gazette & Gaelic Life
The Library subscribes to the following magazines:
Time, Newsweek, History Review, Focus, Hogan Stand,
Mountain Log, Traithlon 220, Computer Active, Top Gear,
Auto Trader, School Sport and National Geographic
LIBRARY CLASSES
Students in Years 8, 9 & 10 visit the library every week in Term 1 and then every two weeks in Terms 2 and 3. Year 11 students also have an allocated library class.

Year 8 - 1 fiction book
Year 9 - 11 - 1 fiction/1 non-fiction book
Year 12 - 2 fiction/2 non-fiction books
Year 13 - 14 - 4 fiction/4 non-fiction books
